What is LinkTank?
LinkTank is an innovative entrepreneurship and pitch program sponsored by the Crown Jewels (NC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. This hands-on initiative is designed to help students transform their ideas into real business opportunities through interactive workshops, personalized mentorship, and a dynamic pitch competition.
What LinkTank offers
- Workshops: Gain practical business and financial literacy skills in engaging sessions led by experienced professionals.
- Mentorship: Connect with industry mentors who provide guidance, support, and valuable resources.
- Pitch Competition: Present your business concept for a chance to win recognition and prizes at our annual Crowning Achievement awards.
Who Can Participate?
LinkTank is open to students from Johnson C. Smith University, Clinton College, Livingstone College, and Barber-Scotia College. If you’re passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and business creation, this program is for you!
Program Timeline
- Applications Open: January 19 – February 23
- Workshop Series: March 15 – 27
- Pitch Finale: April 19
- Winners Announced: April 25 at the Crowning Achievements awards ceremony.
